We print exactly what you upload through our online customizer. It's your responsibility to make sure your file is correct the spelling, colour, placement and image quality before you submit your order as it is ready to see before placing.
We do not make edits, corrections or design adjustments to uploaded artwork beyond basic file preparation for printing (Example: resizing to fit the print area). If your artwork needs cleanup, redrawing or more advanced editing this is not something we're required to do and we won't do it without a separate arrangement.
*Please note: When selecting a text format the customizer preview won't reflect your choice and it will always display the text in the middle of the design. But don't worry as we'll print your design exactly as you've selected it.

We actually have the ability to do a full 360° print around the metal water bottle. Our editor does not allow for this. If you would like a larger print or a 360° print please contact us directly via email or phone.
