What Type Of Printing Method Do You Use?

We use a Mimaki UJF 6042 MkII e UV printer, a professional-grade flatbed printer that allows us to print full-spectrum CMYK colour directly on golf balls. This modern method is perfect for custom logos, photos, and text — all without the expensive setup fees required by traditional printing methods.

How does UV printing compare to pad printing?

Traditional pad printing is known for superior durability and can withstand repeated play. However, it is limited to 1–2 solid colours, requires custom tooling and setup fees, and isn't ideal for detailed or multicolour artwork.

Our UV printing offers: image printing for custom orders, events, gifts, tournaments, and promotions

Do your prints hold up during play?

Yes — to maximize print longevity, we go a step further than most UV printers. Each golf ball is coated with a high-quality adhesion primer before printing and finished with a clear UV-protective top coat. This helps the print resist scratching and fading, offering better durability than standard UV prints.

While UV-printed designs may wear down over time with repeated hits and abrasion, especially from wedges or bunker sand, our enhanced process gives customers a vibrant, professional-looking result that’s well suited for casual play, gifting, and branding.
