Frequently Asked Questions

Will The White Circle On The Golf Ball Customizer Show Up On My Print?

No, the white circle is just to represent where your print will be on the ball. It’s called a “mask.”

Do You Offer In-Person Pick-Ups?

We generally do not allow for in-person pick-ups. However, if you are on a tight timeline, live in Vancouver, and want to come and pick them up, please call us, and we can see what we can do. To reach us, please call +1 (604) 600-4347 or email hello@customgolfballprinting.com

Who do you ship with?

We use software that provides us with the best rates among many courier companies. If you would prefer we ship with a specific courier, please let us know in the order notes, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How come the text doesn’t appear how I want it?

Our website editor is not capable of formatting your text exactly how you would like. Make sure the words, font, colour, and placement option is correct and we will make sure we create the print file to your specifications.

How many colours can you print?

As many as you would like. We use a UV digital printer and can print full colour photographic images.

What is the minimum quantity I can buy?

The minimum amount of golf balls we can sell is 3. We offer the ability to purchase 3 balls sleeves in either Srixon Soft Feel, Blank StarStrike balls, or Titleist Pro V1s.

However, this is only for specific balls as golf balls are traditionally packaged in packs of 12, and because this is how we buy them, we can not split them up into smaller quantities.

Will the print affect the performance of the golf ball?

No. There is very little ink used to mark a golf ball, and it will not affect the weight or performance of a golf ball.

I already have golf balls, can I bring them to you to print on?

Yes! As long as they are new balls and not dirty/damaged, we can print on them. We charge a setup fee for every image you want printed, and a base print price / ball. Unless you already have quite a few dozen golf balls, it is likely more cost effective to buy them directly from us.

How well do the prints hold up to being hit?

We do everything in our power to make sure the print is as durable as possible, including preparing each printing surface with an alcohol wipe and using an extremely thin primer layer to encourage even better adherence. Due to the nature of the style of printing and the ink used in digital UV printing, the prints will never be as durable as the brand logos which are pad printed (stamped) onto the ball during the manufacturing process.

What kind of image file can I upload

Our website accepts .JPEG and .PNG files. If you would like to submit a different file type (.PDF, .SVG) you can email in your alternative artwork with your order ID and we will accommodate the additional print file. Our website just does not accept anything other than .JPEG and .PNG.

Can I request specific ball numbers?

Unfortunately, no. We can not break up individual packs of balls.

Where can I get custom all over print golf balls?

In our downtime, we can try to accommodate 360-degree printing on the balls. It’s generally not our specialty, and we do charge a premium, but it’s possible if you send us an email.
