For adding text, the only option was to add text to the “back view”, which is fine because I specifically only wanted text on one side. And sure enough the text is on both sides, which ruins the joke I was trying to make with the different photos. The preview photos only showed the text on one side so I’m disappointed. Considering the high price, I would hope the attention to detail would have been better when the whole point is customization and the cost of customization doubled the price of the balls. Would be helpful to have a notes or comment box to add specific requests like the option the poker chip ball markers have.
