We print exactly what you upload through our online customizer. It's your responsibility to make sure your file is correct the spelling, colour, placement and image quality before you submit your order as it is ready to see before placing.

We do not make edits, corrections or design adjustments to uploaded artwork beyond basic file preparation for printing (Example: resizing to fit the print area). If your artwork needs cleanup, redrawing or more advanced editing this is not something we're required to do and we won't do it without a separate arrangement.
