Custom & Personalized Products

Because our custom golf balls and personalized products are made to order, they are not eligible for return or refund once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a printing error caused by our production team.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Uploaded images
• Text spelling and placement
• Product selection
• Quantity

before completing their purchase.

If there is a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Customized Products

For products that are not personalized, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused
• Items must be in original packaging
• Items must be in resellable condition
• You must contact us before sending the item back

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Refund amounts will be reduced by:

• $10 flat restocking fee
• Original credit card processing fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing Time

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will typically be processed within 7 - 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders for customized products enter production quickly and may not be cancelled once production has started.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order, and we will attempt to assist if production has not yet begun.

Generally, after 1 business day we cannot cancel your order. However, this timeline may change depending on when you place your order.
